1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and 578 ("578," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 578 online gaming platform at 578.lt.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. 4. Deposits

All deposits and account balances on 578 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support deposit methods available to Philippine players including online banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets. Specific available deposit methods are shown on the Deposit page.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. 578 does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency for gaming and wagering purposes.

5. Gameplay Rules

Bets placed and confirmed are final. 578 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or settled in error, including but not limited to technical errors, incorrect odds display, or human error in results settlement. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 578 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation may be voided
• Engaging in fraudulent activity including chargebacks, false dispute claims, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime
• Creating accounts on behalf of another person or operating a shared account
• Using VPNs or other tools to misrepresent your location
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 578 staff or other players through any channel

578 actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, we reserve the right to void all associated bets and transactions, close the account, and retain the account balance pending investigation.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 578 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to players. Any such offer will be subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion at the time it is made available.

General rules that apply to all 578 promotions unless stated otherwise:

11. Limitation of Liability

578 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates correctly and securely, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 578 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own decision to gamble

• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss not directly caused by our verified fault
